Trump’s administration is working at a breakneck pace to rewrite the federal government in favor of billionaires and corporate interests. DOGE-led budget cuts are making headlines daily,  while the long-lasting effects of a billionaire-tailored tax bill and reckless budget reconciliation are still on the horizon. When the dust settles, where will this leave the rest of us non-billionaires?

The team at Accountable.US, a nonpartisan organization that tracks and investigates special interests in Washington, joined The Lever for a special live event to discuss the administration’s recent layoffs, the tax bill storming through Congress, and how giveaways for the wealthy are going hurt everyone else.
