Neil Gorsuch Sees Himself Out
On Wednesday, Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch recused himself from an upcoming case that could directly benefit one of his billionaire buddies. Gorsuch’s recusal follows previous reporting by The Lever that first highlighted the justice’s connection to the fossil fuel tycoon, as well as the dark money interests working behind the scenes to sway the high court.
