How do I log in to the website?

Go to the website www.dailyposter.com. Click on the “Login” button on the top right. Alternately, you can click here.  Any of those options will bring you to a window where you will be asked to input your email address. After doing so, you will receive an email with a link allowing you to log in. If you do not see the email in your in-box, make sure to check your spam filter.

How do I access my subscriber account?

Once you have clicked here to log in to the website, you can access your account information at any time. Click on the “Account” button on the top right, or the circular widget on the bottom right. You can also click here. Any of these options will bring up your account information, which includes details about your account settings, your subscription plan, and whether you are subscribed to our newsletter (meaning you want to receive our posts as emails in your inbox, along with reading them on our website).

How do I change my subscription plan?

Login to the website. Click “Account” in the upper right corner.

If you are a free subscriber, you will see a button that says "View Plans." Click that and select a plan. You can also toggle the switch to add or remove yourself from our free email list.

If you are a paid subscriber, you will see "Change" next to your current plan. Click that and make any changes. You can also toggle the switch to add or remove yourself from our free email list.

How do I change my email address for receiving the newsletter?

Login to the website. Click “Account” in the upper right corner. Then click “Edit” next to your email address. Then enter the new email address you want to use.

How do I change my billing information?

Login to the website. Click “Account” in the upper right corner. Then click “Update” next to Billing Information. Then enter the new payment information.

I cannot find your email in my in-box. What do I do?

If you subscribed but don't see our newsletter in your in-box, please check your "promotions" tab and/or your spam filter, and mark emails from dailyposter.com as "not spam." If you want to know how do that, read this article on how to whitelist email addresses. If you are still having difficulties with this, email us at support@dailyposter.com.

How do I upgrade my free subscription plan to a paid subscription plan?

Once you are logged into the website, click "Account" in the top right corner (or click here), then click "View Plans" and select a subscription plan. Watch this short video that shows you how to do it:

How do I unsubscribe from the email newsletter?

On your account information page under “Email newsletter,” you can add or remove yourself from the newsletter email list. NOTE: Adding or removing yourself from the newsletter email list does not change your subscription status.

How do I comment on a post?

While the general public and free subscribers can read comments, you must be a paid subscriber who is logged in to leave a comment or reply to others.

The first time you leave a comment, you’ll be asked for a name. This will be your comment name moving forward, so choose carefully. Your comment name does not have to be your real name.

I got a discounted subscription on your old website, but my account page here on your new website shows I am paying the full plan amount. What's going on?

Our current system on Ghost does not yet display the one-year discounts from our old website (pre-May 2021). If you took advantage of one of those one-year discount offers from our old website, you will continue to have that discount until your subscription’s annual renewal at our regular price.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

To cancel your subscription, go to your account information page, click on “Change” under your plan information, and then select “Cancel subscription.”

Note: If you unsubscribe from the email newsletter on your account information page, or click on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of a Daily Poster email, you will be removed from the newsletter email list, but this will not cancel your subscription. You must cancel your plan in the account information page.
