Just the facts reporting huh? I would have to respectfully disagree that your interview with Jason Furman was a "just the facts" interview. Matthew Cunningham-Cook the interviewer admits that he worked for labor unions, and then once Jason Furman gives and answer about income inequality, Matthew edits himself in, sayin anyone who doesn't agree that declines in labor movements are the sole cause of income inequality are just plain wrong. I am sorry is this an interview with the intention of discovering new people's positions and rationale, or a debate between a labor advocate and an economist? I have a hard time telling.
Hell a debate is perhaps too kind a word, because that implies the person on the other side has a fair chance to defend their position. This was a highly-edited take-down interview with the express purpose of making the interviewee look bad. Just the facts my ass.
